Osnova was founded in 2023 by a dedicated group of Boston-based volunteers, who have been delivering humanitarian and medical aid to Ukraine since the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Our mission is to create a significant, positive impact for Ukraine and its people.
Stand with Ukraine
It’s been over 2 years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The Russian military has been bombing hospitals and residential areas, destroying infrastructure, and cutting off essential resources, driving people out of their homes.

We focus on two main areas:

Engage the Boston community:
Support and Awareness: We assist individuals and organizations in raising awareness and funds for Ukraine.
Promote Ukrainian: Introduce the local community to contemporary Ukrainian culture, traditions, and cuisine through events and cultural projects.

Provide critical aid to Ukraine:
Supply medical equipment to hospitals and first responders in partnership with healthcare organizations and professionals.
Contribute to humanitarian de-mining initiatives by raising funds and awareness to support the removal of land mines from farmlands.

Cultural and educational experiences
$100 for Ukraine fund to support Ukrainian people
Our Impact
Since the beginning of the year 2024, we were able to supply over $130,000 worth of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals in Ukraine, providing surgeons with critically needed instruments to save lives.
